As a participant of the Adua Grace & Mercy Network Foundation, you will be guided through a holistic program that addresses the spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, and practical needs of your life. We believe true transformation requires balance in all these areas, and so our program offers multiple layers of support, training, and growth opportunities.

Our step-by-step process ensures meaningful change: identifying community needs, designing tailored programs, implementing sustainable solutions.
• Welcome interview and intake forms completed. • Prayer of dedication and introduction to staff/mentors. • Orientation to house rules, daily/weekly schedule, and program expectations. • Initial goal-setting session with mentor/coach.
• Daily devotionals and Bible studies for spiritual grounding. • Introduction to recovery support groups and accountability partners. • Basic life skills workshops: time management, communication, and self-care. • Immediate needs addressed (clothing, meals, shelter, hygiene).
• In-depth life skills training: budgeting, job readiness, digital literacy. • Vocational training: trades, crafts, entrepreneurship workshops. • Health & wellness education: nutrition, fitness, and mental health awareness. • Counseling and mentorship sessions: one-on-one and group.
• Active participation in community service projects. • Evangelism and outreach activities with local churches. • Opportunities to serve within the program (peer mentoring, group leadership). • Testimony nights to share progress and encourage others.
• Continued spiritual covering through church and alumni groups. • Opportunities to return as volunteers or mentors. • Alumni gatherings and testimony services. • Ongoing access to resources, encouragement, and prayer.
• Employment placement support or education continuation. • Transitional housing or independent living preparation. • Advanced financial literacy: credit repair, saving plans, rental readiness. • Exit plan development with mentor (spiritual, vocational, personal goals).
• Parenting workshops and family support groups. • Relationship/marriage counseling when appropriate. • Family reconciliation sessions. • Building support systems for long-term stability.
